About the course
Learn from the Expert! Our trainer, Tim James has been teaching people to carry out PAT Testing since 1993, and has been involved in the business for much longer - he's widely regarded as one of the UK's leading experts in the field. All relevant legislation will be covered during the day, as well as an overview of the latest guidance from the Health and Safety Executive and other bodies.
The content is based on the very latest Code of Practice from the IET (2020 edition) in fact Tim was on the IET committee that updated the guidance. We'll also reference other nationally recognised guidance although participants are reminded that they should follow any rules made their employer especially with regard to frequency of testing, or particular test methods.
Our Course Programme
The programme runs from 09:45am until 4:30pm, lunch and refreshments are included.
